Welcome to Robert S. Kerr Lock and Dam

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers invites you to visit Robert S. Kerr Lock and Dam and Reservoir.  This man-made lake offers extensive opportunities for outdoor recreation.  Corps of Engineers Park Rangers will be happy to assist in assuring you a pleasant visit to the project.  Services and supplies are available on access roads leading to the project and at the commercial concession on the lake.

Please help protect the environment by keeping areas clean.  Avoid damaging trees and plants, extinguish all fires, and dispose of refuse properly.  Have a safe fun time and come again.

Copies of rules and regulations governing public use of the navigation pools as published in Title 36, Chapter III, Part 327, of the Code of Federal Regulations may be obtained from the Robert S. Kerr Project Office, or the Tulsa District , Corps of Engineers.

Copies of rules and regulations governing the use of the White, Arkansas, and Verdigris Rivers as published in Title 33, Chapter 11, Part 207, of the River and Harbor Act may also be obtained from the above, as well as pertinent navigation notices.

Navigation charts of the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System from the Mississippi River to the Port of Catoosa may be purchased from the Government Printing Office Bookstore.
