Ranger Stanley Bell recently completed the Park Ranger Training Course and received his graduation certificate from Col. Richard A. Pratt, Commander, Tulsa District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Bell served on active duty with the U.S. Army before coming to work for the Tulsa District.
