TD 2026-6, Potential Delay n Lockage, Webbers Falls L&D16 and Chouteau L&D 17

POTENTIAL DELAY IN LOCKAGE: WEBBERS FALLS LOCK 16 NM 368.9 AND CHOUTEAU LOCK 17 NM 401.5

Mariners are advised that Three Forks Harbor at Port Muskogee will be hosting the Bassmaster Elite Series tournament from April 16 through April 19, 2026. During this period, a high volume of recreational vessels is expected on the waterway between R.S. Kerr Lock (No. 15) NM 336.3 and Newt Graham Lock (No. 18) NM 421.4. Mariners are advised to exercise extreme caution when transiting the area during daylight hours.

Mariners may experience intermittent delays in lockage at the following locations during scheduled tournament lockage times:

*              Webbers Falls Lock and Dam (No. 16), NM 368.9

*              Chouteau Lock and Dam (No. 17), NM 401.5

Recreational Lockage Policy

Locking at 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 on the Oklahoma portion of the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System is available to recreational boaters 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
