As of August 2012, the Tulsa District utilizes the Bidder's Inquiry System for the processing of all project and solicitation related questions.  The Bidder's Inquiry System may be accessed at ProjNet.org. 

Standard Form 330, Architect-Engineer (A-E) Qualifications, is to be used by A-E firms to submit their qualifications to federal agencies. Standard Form SF 330_Extr, SF 330_SE, and SF 330_SF are extra pages and/or sections for Part 2, Section E, and Section F of the SF 330 Form.
