Per section 2003(c) of WRDA 2007, each district will make available on the district's public web site a copy of each signed projectpartnership agreement executed on or after 8 November 1997. This requirement applies to project partnership agreements/project cooperation agreements for all water resources projects specifically authorized by Congress and for those implemented under the Continuing Authorities Program authorities and regional authorities that do not require any additional authorization to implement a project. For any covered agreement that has been amended, the copy posted will include all executed amendments. This requirement is not applicable to feasibility cost sharing agreements, design agreements, watershed agreements, Planning Assistance to States agreements, or agreements for work under the environmental infrastructure authorities.
