The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers wishes you an enjoyable stay at the project. The lake offers the visitor extensive opportunities for a memorable outdoor recreation experience.

Overnight accommodations, services and supplies are available at convenient locations on access roads leading to the project. Project personnel are available and will be happy to assist in assuring you a pleasant visit to Copan Lake.

Keep the area beautiful for others to enjoy as well. Avoid damaging trees and plants, extinguish all fires and use refuse containers to dispose of all trash.

Inquiries regarding the lake and its uses are welcomed by the Project Manager in the Copan/Hulah Project Office near the Copan Dam. Copies of brochures, maps and regulations governing public use of the lake may be obtained at the project office or by requesting by mail.
