The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will replace the aging Highway 151 Bridge over Keystone Dam west of Tulsa. Speed of construction factored into the design of the new bridge. The existing span will close to traffic Oct. 28, 2013 and remain closed for up to 13 months.
