The Commander’s Certificate of Appreciation is presented to Oklahoma Highway Patrol Marine Enforcement Section Trooper Tony Richardson by Tulsa District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Commander Col. Michael Teague. The award recognizes Richardson’s outstanding public service in the area of boating and water safety education. Richardson routinely works directly with Corps staff in organizing media campaigns and serving as a spokesperson for media interviews about boating and water safety.
