The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers personnel and volunteers on the morning of the first day of the McConnell Air Force Base Air Show and Open House held Sept. 29 & 30. More than two dozen team members from the division and its four districts, the Kansas City District, and the National Water Safety Team staffed a 150 foot by 100 foot area during the two day event where more than 100 thousand military members, their dependents, and the public present at the overall event.
