U.S. Army Corps of Engineers personnel, members of the New York City Police Department and the New York City Housing Authority team up to move a car so that a power generator can be placed at a nearby apartment building. The USACE Power Planning and Response Team was deployed to New York City in support of the power mission assigned to USACE by FEMA after Superstorm Sandy caused widespread power outages in October.
