Greg Estep, chief of Hydrology and Hydraulics, Tulsa District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers was presented with a de Fleury medal by Tulsa District Commander, Col. Richard A. Pratt. Estep began his career with the Corps of Engineers at the Fort Worth District in 1981.
