Lieutenant Colonel Curtis J. Loftin is the Deputy District Commander, Tulsa District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He is from Kansas City, Missouri enlisted in the Army in 1995, and earned his commission as an Engineer Officer in October 2008 from the United States Army Officer Candidate School at Fort Benning, Georgia. He came to the Tulsa District in May 2024.
