The Tulsa District has assessed the environmental impact of the Bridgeview Resort and Marina Expansion project at Lake Texoma, Marshall County, Oklahoma. The 139-acre lease expansion and proposed construction activities will result in the construction of 20 new dockominiums, a 6-feet wide and 4-feet long courtesy dock, 50-feet long and 40-feet wide boat ramp, a 0.5-acre parking area, a 388-feet combination breakwater and boat dock, 10 transient rental cabins with water and electric connections set on 18-feet by 70-feet concrete base pads, a total retention sewage lagoon with a capacity of 3,250 gallons per day, a utility easement corridor 25-feet wide and approximately 7000 linear feet long, and new roadways 20-feet wide and 8,616 linear feet long.

The draft environmental assessment is enclosed for your review and comments. Comments should be submitted within 10 days from the date of this letter to the Tulsa District, Corps of Engineers, ATTN: Mr. Joe Custer, 351 Corps Rd, Denison, TX 75020-6425 or to Joe.Custergusace.army.mil.
