TULSA – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District awarded a $23.1 million contract June 19 to Grahams Construction of Delco, N.C. for the design and construction of a new physical fitness center at Fort Sill, Okla.  The work is expected to be completed in late spring 2014.
