TULSA – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District awarded a $37.8 million contract June 29 to Harper Construction of San Diego, Calif. for the design and construction of a new Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility at Fort Sill, Okla.  The work will be completed 631 days after the contractor is given the notice to proceed.
