TULSA – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District awarded a $12.9 million contract August 30 to Greenleaf Construction of Kansas City, Mo., for the design and construction of a new chapel complex at Fort Sill, Okla.  The 33,000 square foot complex will be located on the east side of post. Construction is expected to begin in November 2012, and the project is scheduled for completion in late spring 2014.
