Corps to hold open house for RS Kerr Lake Master Plan review, revision

TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will host an open house workshop to review and revise the project Master Plan for Robert S. Kerr Lake, in Sallisaw, Oklahoma at the Carl Albert State College Student Center, Nov. 18, 2014 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The Corps of Engineers welcomes public comments and encourages the public to attend and provide input throughout the review and revision process of the Master Plan for R.S. Kerr Lake.

The Master Plan is a vital tool for efficient and cost-effective management, development and use of project lands. The document will guide the comprehensive management and development of all project recreation, natural and cultural resources.

No formal presentation will take place but Corps of Engineers representatives will be available to receive comments from the public and answer questions about the Master Plan’s development.

Stakeholders who wish to provide input, or inquire about the revision of the R.S. Kerr Lake Master Plan, may contact:
