    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Tulsa District is aware of critical safety deficiencies at Marina Del Rey, located on Lake Texoma. Recent assessments have identified hazardous conditions, specifically concerning the condition of several docks within the marina, requiring immediate attention.

  8. Temporary Impacts to Tulsa District Parks for 2025 Recreation Season

    TULSA – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District will temporarily close or reduce services at recreation areas across Kansas and Oklahoma for the 2025 recreation season. The USACE does not currently have the staffing to maintain all recreation sites at normal levels of service. These temporary adjustments will affect select areas to ensure visitor safety and prompt availability for executing flood risk management responsibilities.

  9. Tulsa District, Fort Riley Soldiers conduct mutually beneficial tower demolition in Kansas

    The Tulsa District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers called in reinforcements to remove a radio tower near Teterville, Kansas, April 23, 2025. The 82nd Engineer Battalion, 1st Infantry Division out of Fort Riley, Kansas provided explosive enthusiasm and support to remove the repeater tower, a once vital piece of communication infrastructure for the Kansas Area lake offices in the second half of the 20th Century, that became obsolete due to emerging technology.

MEET THE CORPS DAY - TULSA DISTRICT US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS

Please set aside October 12, 2011 to come to the Tulsa District, US Army Corps of Engineers to meet with the Corps Division Directors and key personnel. This is your opportunity to showcase your capabilities to the top decision makers at the Corps. Chiefs from Engineering, Construction, Operations (Corps Lakes and Parks), Hydro-Dams and Locks, Environmental, Planning and Environmental Resources, Contracting, and many more will be represented at this "Meet and Greet" event. Additionally, our Tulsa PTAC (Procurement Technical Assistance Center), NABEC Native American Business Enterprise Center), and Oklahoma Small Business Development Center Offices will be represented.

This "mini-conference" is limited to first come, first registered. Please register promptly. Your Registration form and a one-page capabilities statement with your NAICS codes, previous Corps experience, and bonding capacity if applicable. This information will be critical to your success at the conference. We will share your information before hand with the Tulsa District representatives so they can review your abilities.
