- The Tulsa-West Tulsa Levee was constructed in the 1940s and turned over to the levee sponsor for operation and maintenance after it was completed.
- The Tulsa-West Tulsa Feasibility Study will take two years to complete and is funded through the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 Supplemental signed into law by President Donald J. Trump in February 2018.
