    Hayes Family LP has submitted a Department of the Army permit application proposing to stabilize 330 linear feet of the left descending bank of Flint Creek in Delaware County, Oklahoma. The overall project purpose is providing channel stability, improvement and protection of habitat, and bank stabilization to protect against ongoing erosion. This proposal would prevent the loss of land and alleviate potential damages to Hayes Family Farm infrastructure.

The Primary Service Areas for the Honey Springs MB will be available in the following HUC watersheds: 1110101 (Polecat-Snake) and 11110102 (Dirty-Greenleaf); the Secondary Service Areas for the Honey Springs MB will be available in the following HUC watersheds: 11070105 (Lower Verdigris Watershed), 11070107 (Bird Watershed), and the portion of 11070106 (Caney Watershed) south of Hwy. 60.

  • U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announces closure of all Regulatory Offices due to federal government shutdown

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Tulsa District today announced it will close its Regulatory offices due to the absence of available federal funding. Regulatory offices will be unable to evaluate individual permit applications, pre-construction notifications (PCNs) for nationwide permit (NWP) or regional general permit authorizations, or requests for jurisdictional determinations until after current year funding is received and the offices reopen.
