  • CARBON CANYON DAM SAFETY MODIFICATION STUDY ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) hereby informs the public that the 2026 draft Carbon Canyon Dam Safety Modification Study (DSMS) Environmental Assessment (EA) and draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) is available for a 30-day public review. The 30-day public comment period begins on June 8, 2026, and ends on July 8, 2026. The draft EA and draft FONSI are available with this public notice under Carbon Canyon Documents.
