SHOALING: WEBBERS FALLS POOL No. 16: NM 374.0 to 375.0

McCLELLAN-KERR ARKANSAS RIVER NAVIGATION SYSTEM, OKLAHOMA

 

Webbers Fall Pool No. 16 had significant shoaling between NM 374.0 to 375.0.  The hydrographic survey data collected after refilling the pool shows full channel widths at elevation of 490.0. 

Traffic should not have issues transiting through this area with the current deviations in place holding the pool above elevation 490.0.

Recreational Lockage Policy

Locking at 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 on the Oklahoma portion of the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System is available to recreational boaters 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
