SAILING INSTRUCTIONS: WEBBERS FALLS POOL No. 16

NM 380.0 to 381.0 and NM 400.0 to 400.3

 

McCLELLAN-KERR ARKANSAS RIVER NAVIGATION SYSTEM, OKLAHOMA

 

Webbers Fall Pool No. 16 has significant shoaling between NM 380.0 to 381.0 and NM 400.0 to 400.3.  These areas are not marked at this time, see below for sailing instruction.

 

NM 380.1 to 381.3 – Entire width of channel is restricted by shoaling.  An alternate route has been identified outside the red line.  Mariners at their own risk may enter/exit alternate route on left descending bank at NM 380.0 and/ or 381.3.

 

NM 400.0 to 400.3 – Run the green line (half channel width), stay close to the rock dike.

Recreational Lockage Policy

Locking at 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 on the Oklahoma portion of the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System is available to recreational boaters 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
