TD 2024 - 6, Highway 62 Bridge Work, Intermittent Closure

NOTICE OF INTERMITTENT CLOSURE DUE TO OVERHEAD BRIDGE WORK

Pool No. 16 NM 392.5 will be closed to Navigation traffic from 0700 July 16th, 2024, to 0700 July 18th to allow for the final fit up of the bridge girder span crossing the channel of the eastbound Highway 62 Bridge. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation contractor will need to have a crane placed in the channel and it will not be able to move until fit up is complete. Mariners may experience intermittent closures July 18th through July 20th as they complete work.  

The closure listed above is scheduled for 48 hours. However, if work is completed ahead of schedule, then Navigation traffic could commence.
