Corps announces staff promotions at area lakes

Today, the Tulsa District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced several internal staff promotions. Allen Ryan has been named Operations Project Manager and Area Manager for the Northern Area Office, Dean Roberts has been named Operations Project Manager for the Fort Gibson area, Jonathan Polk has been named the lake manager for Fort Gibson, and Lee Perry has been named lake manager for the Skiatook Lake Office.

Open house and scoping meeting planned for Dec. 18 relating to proposed development at Keystone Lake

Lake Texoma moratorium on shoreline management use requests to end

Five Kansas reservoirs held at higher than normal elevation

Due to ongoing drought concerns, the Tulsa District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the Kansas Water Office (KWO) have agreed to a temporary change (deviation) in the normal water elevation of five Kansas reservoirs.
