Corps unable to open campgrounds along navigation system for 2013
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District is unable to open Corps-operated campgrounds along the Oklahoma portion of the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System for the 2013 recreation season due to funding constraints.

Corps Delays Recreation Services Along Navigation System for 2013 Season
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District has extended the delayed opening of all Corps-operated campgrounds along the Oklahoma portion of the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System until at least May 15. The exceptions are Bluff Landing and the Tullahassee Loop boat ramp which will open on May 1.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District has delayed the official season opening of Corps-operated recreation areas along the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System until at least May 1. Boat ramps will remain open where feasible.
